Dave B WOW!! just checked the times and a PB!! I headed out with a hangover and a big santa hat with full beard. Was planning just to do this for fun so didnt even bother taking a watch - my first time running without one! I didnt even feel like I pushed myself that much, certainly had harder BPTT. funkin Ran much faster than originally planned and was fully expecting my calves to give me big time grief after a mile or two, but alas it did not happen so I kept going. Am happy with my time. Ranelagh Harriers, The Stragglers RC 18:04 18:16 20:18 64.32

Rach E For the first time *ever* in a 5k, my slowest mile was my first mile! I knew within 200 metres that my legs were shot from my 20 miler yesterday, but this meant I was actually able to pick up slightly as the race went on. A new concept for me!!
