Dvorak Well done rleyton and crew for getting this together. Darn cold conditions with some icy bits weren't the most conducive to good running but I was only 25s outside a PB (without really having any idea of the pace I was doing) and on a warmer day on fresh legs it's a slamdunk. The course itself is pretty decent, not bad hillwise (one tough bit) and I'd recommend anyone who can make it to try it out. I think my own next effort may be when it is a bit warmer, though. JulesR Super little run in Pollok Park, not flat by any means. Calf held up with no problem and there's probably a minute or two improvement with fitness and non-skating conditions in future. Ticketyboo Good wee race in baltic conditions leaving the course very icy in places. Finished 3rd overall in a new PB. Cumbernauld AAC, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 16:01 17:46 18:27 70.77
