Doctor K Ran it steadily last year and lost a min or two with a shoe lace situation. Hope for a best time -however recent form and training hasn't been that good due to a heavy cold and aftermath. Fawkes First race after injuring the achilles, held up nicely. Not near a PB but very happy with the race today, felt strong on the way round Mossley Hill AC 57:45 58:27 58:27 74.85
