Ojo I am wet with anticipation! Time is gun time, watch time was 30:32. After a succession of non-running injuries and illness it was my first run for six days. Start was rather spirited but it soon thinned out. It was a fast course but could not seem to get into it. That is my problem though and there were some great runners in the field. Team Win Had tight hamstring from wednesday's training but felt okay this morning so ran the race. Legs felt heavy all the way and didnt feel that out of breathe at the end so reckon the lack of stretching/training since wednesday held me back.
