Capricorn First ultra so hard to predict a time .... 5-ish hours ? *UPDATE* Brilliant event - helped by the cold of the last few days which froze much of the mud solid. Naomi P My First Trail Ultra: freezing cold, extremely muddy, with one notable hill, the swamp was a highlight. For a city girl like me, this was a revelation - I can run for 6+ hours chatting away (thanks for the company Monster Feet! and commiserations with Flip's bad knee) and be entirely distracted by the sun rising over Arundel Castle, soaring views over the downs and sliding around on frozen mud.
