gcwenn A dull 4 lap course that i did not really enjoy, although it was very pleasant running through the park. I definately PBed, just waiting for the offical timings to come out, but i think i took about 4 minutes off my time. So certainly not complaining...............i took about 4 minutes off my PB. Little wonder my legs were screaming for the last 2 miles at me! Poynton Runners 1:14:35 1:14:35 1:14:35 61.60

Jezzer I really enjoyed this race, to my surprise given the comments about the course. I didn't mind the laps. Chorlton Runners 1:07:17 1:09:17 1:10:54 71.11
jolguk Taking it easy as doing it as part of a long run, so pretty comfortable. I quite enjoyed it, even being lapped by the leaders. Dragons RC 1:20:15 1:24:58 1:24:58 58.14
Karate Chop Ive moved house recently and the area I am living and training in is quite hilly so I was keen to see what time I could come up with on this flat course. I went out fast and thankfully slipped into a steady run until 7 miles and then I lost some power, but I kept on trucking. I even managed a sprint finish and overtook three runners by the end (one of them was fellow fetchie jennywren, sorry jenny). Im really made up with my PB, I shaved 12 minutes off my previous 10 mile time. Its nice to see the results of your labours! Im training for the Dublin Marathon in October at the moment. McNewbie Am on a huge high, did so much better than expected! Flat course was actually harder than expected, I was actually craving undulations! Weather was okay, the sunny bits were a bit annoying, really hoped for rain, but managed to keep going, with the help of GO. Well organised race, enjoyed meeting some Fetchies, and absolutely overjoyed with my beautiful mug :) Can I just add, smiling/clapping race marshalls make such a difference, and I saw plenty of them today :) First 10 miler, hugely pleased :) Unaffiliated 1:39:22 1:39:22 2:00:00 1:43:45 47.23
PeteTheJogger Quite hot on the day, and not many drink stations. Well marshalled though.
Died a bit a 5 mile but pulled back. Middleton Harriers AC 1:09:02 1:09:02 1:09:02 67.64
