IanS Good wee race but a tough climb to the top. Once you got up there the downhill was great fun. They weren't kidding when they said there weren't many marshals on the course - I spotted one in the whole 7K forest section so heaven help you if you'd gone over your ankle somewhere out there! Rain held off most of the race but it was a bit wet at the end. Nice to meet (briefly) Manic Street Pounder at the start. Harmeny AC 1:07:28 1:07:28 1:07:28 51.23

PentlandPounder good , interesting run, but very wet. some severe uphill bits, but nothing too scary. will need to check time, as forgot to stop Garmin (doh).shin alarmingly sore, so off for a bath. Mile times ranged between 13.08 mins, and 7.30 mins! Unaffiliated 1:11:00 1:11:00 1:11:00 48.28
