TooLilac Was dreading this and had a sleepless night and wobbly morning. Nearly bottled it this morning, but dragged myself to Escrick with a couple of really whingey kids - arggh! Met some nice people, thanks for the support, Mike. Ran too cautiously for the 1st half so put more effort in 2nd half. Could have done better time, but felt good and enjoyed a strong run - that's what it's meant to be about. Sorry to those who bet on me, it wasn't meant to be.
