Woffy Race in Dungarvan County Waterford. Finished in just under 70 minutes, very happy with the time. Did the first two miles in 6:30 pace then got to 5 miles 45 seconds ahead of 7mm pace. Then it was only 35 seconds ahead at 6, 20 at 7 and 10 seconds ahead at 8, but dug in and got there. Needed that race just to go through the mental battle of pushing the body as my last race (Brussels Mara) ended in injury and walk / running, needed to get that mental battle out of the way to get the body to the finish without slowing.
