Dave_K Over the moon today :-) Really good race and a PB by over a minute ! Great to meet Old mum and Dvorak for the first time and good to see Sparkymark again. :-) Unaffiliated 45:32 45:32 47:00 45:32 61.12
Dvorak Small scale event with stadium start/finish (about 800m run on tarmac track). Run mainly through pleasant countyside. Has a big hill around 6K. There is also a 5K run, and timings would allow you to do both...which I am in fact doing - just because I can, really. So neither will be fast.

*Update* Double completed :-) Thought might have been a little too fast over the 5K (since it was short, not really) and felt a bit rough after. Still, a quick puke later and all was well. Took it pretty even, did walk 3x30 in latter part when I felt the bounce was gone. Some pretty wayward K markers on course, I reckon. Met OM, Sparky Mark and finally DaveK, who gained an excellent PB. Unaffiliated 48:39 52:39 57:00 56:54 49.30
SparkyMark Nae PB!!! :-) Good challenging race. Managed a good finish, but not great on the middle bit. However a good 'training' run. Well done to DaveK for his PB, good to meet Dvorak and Sparky57 Alchester RC (Bicester) 43:25 45:10 43:59 45:54 60.16
