Lizzybagwash Went off very quick but kept telling myself I could do it at 4K caught up with another lady that had been run/walk looked at my watch and saw I was on target to do it under 30 if I pushed myself the lady decided she was coming with me but on the final straight I kicked a bit more and was please I got there first Unaffiliated 28:26 28:26 30:00 29:26 52.42
