ClaireT Pleased to finally get under 19 mins. Think I could be aiming for 18.30 when on form...was a bit tired today from a hectic few days travelling with work and my thighs were STILL a bit achey from Balloch half. Not even enough oomph for a sprint finish to catch that Giffnock girl I'd been reeling in over the last mile.
