EarlyRiser After 20 mile long run yesterday, ran pretty well. If course length is correct then this is an equivalent performance to ENY 10k. Looking at overall results online there's no way this was a 5k race! Even so, I did fine. Good conditions underfoot considering the weather last few days. Cool breezy on the day. Smudger 3 The slower lioness Looking forward to this have done all of these races so far in this series.Hoping for a pb will work hard for it.sue Am pretty sure that i have pb but forgot to turn forerunner on at start.so will upgrade later.Really enjoyed the race.Feeling alittle gutted that we didnt know it was the junnior county championships until fri night .So my son couldnt try for a county place but thats life and there will be other chances.Still really enjoy these runs bring on the 9k.Pleased with time as did pb will keep trying for better times.Discovered that i must be the only person in the world that wears her charger on her forerunner much to the amusement of my club mates.Ok i didnt know.
