Very disapointed with run, found it hot and hard, legs felt heavy and didnt want to move, know I can run faster so bit unhappy, especially as one of the cheeky girls who I had over taken early on beat me!!! Unaffiliated 22:45 22:58 23:00 24:05 61.32

Hanneke Sustained a mega bruise swelling up my right lower leg playing polo yesterday and it being so hot and humid, I am very pleased with the result. Found it very very tough though to run such a short distance. Felt I finally settled into a nice pace when I crossed the finish line... FELL PONIES, Black Mountains MBO 23:37 24:06 25:00 24:06 62.80

Kinsey Quite painful, but very glad to get under 25min as it was a very hot day. Unaffiliated 24:13 24:30 25:00 24:30 60.15
neems My first ever race!! It was baking hot and this made everything seem a lot harder. Really crowded, was dodging people most of the way. I forgot to put my watch on (durr!) so my time is more of an estimation, but taking into account how long it took me to cross the line, and the time on the clock as I finished, I think it is fairly accurate. Unaffiliated 22:25 32:00 32:00 46.04
Puffing Bertie I knew i should have gone in the faster wave! but by the time i left the loo q i ended up in the next wave (26-35mins). People were walking from the start!!! So bad run...... but loads of fun for good causes, see you next year! Unaffiliated 24:38 26:33 33:00 45.87
Rach E My third ever race. Very pleased with time - a new PB :-) Came 47th which I was ecstatic with. Also I don't think I'll ever be on a scoreboard with Chepkemei again, so that was nice! (Official time was 21:56, but got slightly held up before start line behind Jo Brand!). I also met Hanneke at the end (I'm amazed she recognised me!) which was great :-) Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 17:52 21:50 21:30 21:50 67.48
St. Pauli Girl Whoo Hoo!! Personal Best.

Had hoped to do it in a shorter time, but it was just too damned hot, and I got a bit dehydrated towards the end. Unaffiliated 25:16 25:16 26:25 25:16 58.31
SUPERWOMAN63 This was my first ever race and l had just returned from holiday and was feeling unwell, overwhelmed by the huge crowds and also the weather as it was really hot BUT l was so determined to get around. I loved my medal and felt a great sense of achievement. I also raised money for the Breast Cancer Campaign especially important as two of my friends were battling the disease. Unaffiliated 31:03 38:00 38:00 40.06
TheBeetroot Far too hot again but pleased I ran faster than last year (even up the little hill near the end) with less training, the wave starts worked much better this time. Fab goody bag and medal which I felt like I'd earned! Unaffiliated 31:02 38:07 40:00 38:07 40.48
Toks FERC 34:48 35:00 35:00 42.14
