Alun Looking forward to Swanley, always enjoy the mix of open parkland and twists & turns through the wooded sections. Was initially disappointed with 80th but on reflection was only 0.07% lower in the ratings but 8 seconds faster than my previous best. Whopping 395 finishers! Looks like some stamina boosting hill reps are the order of the day for the next 10 days ahead of Knole Park! Medway & Maidstone AC 33:14 33:14 36:00 35:26 68.86
Martian Dashes It felt a harder run than Canterbury but I scored the same. A nice course, a good blend of terrain but occasionally treacherous. I left with a couple of niggles, my running partner pulled up with calf problems. Course length probably shy of 5.5 miles. Unaffiliated 30:41 30:41 32:35 79.84
