Wirzel First Half for thirteen years, Bit disappointed with my time, but I think in hindsight I probably expected too much considering my training was interrupted by my knee injury and its a long time since I've run that far. Was ok for the first 3 miles but then I seemed to convince myself to shorten my stride and start running like Michael Johnson(all calves and no thighs) and I struggled for the remaining 10 and my calves have suffered.
