dustboy Been ill, not remotely ready to run this, had to stop 5 times on flat road 5K tonight. Have to do this race as it's one of the greats but it's a get you round jobbie with mucho walko. icklechick Won't be going fast on this .... no chance of a pb on an offroad route ... should be fun though. *update* tough but good trail run - was 6.38m - about 400m over 10k ... couldn't have raced if i wanted to - half a bottle of wine the night before put paid to that. fantastic day and lovely run.
