RunningBob This is a new 5km trail race from the Wilmslow team that brought you the recent David Lewis 4 and Mobberley 5 MT. On the edge of the wonderful Macclesfield Forest this should be great fun and all the proceeds go to East Cheshire Hospice. The route stays on the top of Teggs Nose so (unlike the surrounding area) it should be more undulating than hilly and relatively good trails underfoot. Depending on permission I might run or marshal.
