The Teaboy Wet and breezy. Planned to run 3:45 first split and go out hard. Ran 3:47. And held it together. PBed by 36 seconds. Totally kicked that one out of the park and aallllllmost did the big milestone too. Splits: 3:47, 7:51, 11:59, 16:07, 20:06. Bedford Harriers AC 19:36 20:07 20:30 20:07 63.95
Tracey G It was a wet race. Knock 5 secs off my pb. Would have like it to be a sub 26 mins. I will get there, but not until November now as I am doing Beachy Head marathon. Harwich Runners 26:48 27:10 27:10 56.40
