No.8 ™ Quite a tough race - 5th overall and second scorer in the winning men's team. Headwind last couple of miles put paid to a fast finish, but felt comforatble and happy that the first of the Unaffiliated 57:19 58:54 59:31 74.28

Ted Very happy with this race. I got the water right, I got the gels right. And I was 1m34s inside my ETA. Enough energy for a good strong finish so there are more miles in the tank for the coming weeks. Last 1 1/2 mi was into the wind which I wasn't expecting as we had been sheltered up until then.
