BigChiefRunningBore Hope have improved for this tricky and hilly course. It's always v v hot. Rain please Update no rain and sun came out so was hot hot hot. So was my pace til faded in last mile up ruddy large that is Bushey High street. think recent cold and lack of training was a factor plus other people over took me! how impolite Watford Joggers, Fitstuff Run Club 42:27 43:52 47:20 43:52 65.58
