paul the builder Should comfortably beat last years HM time (PB). And my fantastic OH is treating me to a luxury hotel break in Donegal after this race (which I don't think is conditional on achieving a PB, probably).... UPDATE - this went really well, and I'm very happy with the time. Fast course, but a bit odd with a couple of small laps to start, and then later 3 of those annoying double-back-on-yourself sections. But only one uphill mile (5th) and fast and flat after that. And Rathmullan House Hotel in Donegal is a wonderful place, I can't recommend it highly enough.
