Homer Right then...tricky one. Just done a shock 5k PB - but I think I might - just might be able to beat it at Lymm. Touch and go - depends on the course but I am going to try. A proper gamble - do ya feel lucky??? And be warned - this is supposed to be a tough hilly course. UPDATE* have been warned about the hills - might not do it??? UPDATE********** NEW PB in 21:02 and feck me that was tougher than the soles of my worn out feet!!!! FERC 18:57 19:54 21:00 21:02 61.48
RunningBob Not a fast 5k so no chance of pb. Nice 5k course. First 1.5k downhill (1k split 2:57) then undulating back up. 4th for most of the way but lost it on the run in to end up 7th but 1 V40.
