Greenman No chance of a PB here, it's a tough course and I'm running Leek Half the day before. Legs were still feeling the effects of Leek but pleased to get round in under 41mins. Grantham Running club 37:07 37:10 40:58 67.40

Zeb entering on the day. don't think I'll get a PB as done no speed work, but planning to run first half easyish, then speed up. Will be a bit quicker as I didn't stop garmin (doh). First two miles far too quick, then just couldn't do the hill between 3 and 4k. Abandoned PB attempt and decided to treat it as a training run. Official time.
