Mudlark/Titan Tri sport ooops,raced 10k sun,hard track session tonight(weds)interesting to see if anything left in legs 4 thur!plus have mutford relays 5k three days later!/Update= absolutly pissing down !!run along main roads,partly flooded with puddles,legs shot to shit after 3 miles from track last night,but held good pace,28;40 ?& came 8th overall,met loads of fetches also Titan RoadSport 28:24 28:24 29:05 28:40 80.97
