Baza As long as I can beat last years 26:59 Oh and my clubmate, I'll be happy!! *Update* Time was 50 seconds quicker than in 2006 so very happy. 13:07 at half way meant a negative split on the return(13:01). HowFar? No idea what to expect before the race except that it would be hard going after such a long lay off. It was hard, but I quite enjoyed it. Paced it okay for where I am up to fitness wise. I was able to pass people right up to the last 400 yards or so. Knee held up okay. Keeing fingers crossed for the rest of the week. :) Unaffiliated 26:42 26:42 26:42 65.11
