B Rubble Ran it with the dog as a CaniX event. Won the CaniX event and 5th overall, surprised myself as I thought I was struggling on the hills, kept waiting for someone to pass me. Us with dogs set off 1/2 hour before the rest and it felt a bit lonely in front once I had passed the walkers. Thought I had lost the route a couple of times as well. Probably my first and last win! Giantant 'Undulating' course with long slow hills. Total ascent approx 1000ft. Frist 9 miles approx on pretty flat gravelly roads and the last bit is mainly on rutted grass tracks. Hot with a headwind. Quantock Harriers 1:52:43 1:54:05 1:54:05 54.13
Rach E Not only first female but won race outright by over 3 mins!!!! 200 runners. Very happy. And a new pb. Course was very hard - mostly trails and very very hilly. Also windy.
