HBNS I only went to spectate and jog the course in reverse, but ended up running the last leg. Very poor personal performance due to lack of training and injury, but just managed to hang on for the team. Garmin recorded the course as slightly short at 3.83km. Sunbed Athlete British Relay XC Champions. Ran 1st leg against Davie Millar of Irvine.He went off like a train & I brought the team home 24 secs adrift.The other 3 guys were better than the rest of the Irvine team & brought home the gold medal. My 1st British title & I enjoyed it.Very warm & ground hard in places.Didnt seem like XC at all. Cambuslang Harriers, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 12:39 12:39 12:39 82.29
