Greenman I notice there's 200 points riding on me for this - one week after a full marathon and a 6-yr old PB - them's pretty long odds but I'll do my best!! UPDATE - sorry to those who bet, nowhere near a PB but I did warn you!! Enjoyed the run and felt stronger towards the end. Trehis A flat course with a few gentle undulations from 7 mile to the finish. Really happy with this run even though I started the run too quickly, the wind was expected to be a problem but the course was surprisingly well sheltered so I hardly noticed it at all.
