JulesR Bad day at the office. Lack of sleep in the last week probably didn't help. OK at the start but got progressively slower and handed over to 2nd runner in a not too impressive 41/67 place. SueW I ran 1st leg for the club's B team. I got roped in last night after someone dropped out through injury so despite the slowness of run, at least we fielded a complete team. (I did run 19.2 miles to get there through so I'm not bothered about being last lady on my leg!) Carnegie Harriers 26:26 26:26 26:26 59.66
