frisp Perfect day for running-mild, light breeze. First ten miles felt great-under 70 minutes and effort was right-then the stomach cramps started. Mild at first but by the time I got to 15 it was difficult just to keep going. Just had to grind the miles out and get finished-no idea what set stomach off.Whenever they eased a little and I tried to speed up they would get worse. Well organised and friendly race.
