Alun Loads of rain before the race, slippery underfoot. Started hard before slowly slipping back to a more realistic position. Lucky not to fall on the first lap when I lost my footing in a fast turn. Finished 119th, very happy with my fitness at the moment. Medway & Maidstone AC 38:58 66.07
