Beccals tough course. Bad preparations as just getting over a bad cold/flu. Pleased considering there were so many hills. Unaffiliated 49:26 49:26 54:39 53.22
Boycie It was certainly a hard course... I can see why the LRRL choose this one to be the last race rather than the first! Recovering from injury slowly though, as final placing was up to 80th from 99th last time... Coombesy was ahead by a few seconds again, but have no fear - he won't be when we meet again!!! Unaffiliated 34:19 35:40 39:52 63.87
Broccers Sorry people who bet on me. My excuse was I was poorly and the course was disgusting!

I will get that sub 50 10K though!! Barrow Runners 49:15 49:15 49:00 56:00 51.22

Firestarter Boycie's patented predictor had me down for a 42:05, Nearly made it but the hill at mile 3 wasn't any less steep this year and it took a huge chunk out of my avg' pace. However a good run, great scenery, and overall quite pleased with my run......considering I haven't run for over a week....! Hermitage Harriers RC 37:15 40:43 42:05 42:33 64.14
Middler Wasn't expecting a PB as this is a very challenging course. Really pleased with time. Had a fab race, lovely scenery, challenging but not impossible course, well organised, lovely marshalls, great team support (especially from friends' children and their banners). Great end to the series. *update* my official time is faster than the one I recorded! Woohoo! Unaffiliated 49:59 49:59 51:54 59.02

SteveC Managed a PB (though not my predicted 'flat' time) on this hilly course. Tactics of fast start (over the flat bit) knowing I would slow on the major hill seemed to work fine. Felt good over the last 2 miles. Very much enjoyed this race, and indeed the whole winter league. Unaffiliated 39:06 39:06 38:52 39:06 66.33
ThorntonRunner A pb on a challenging course - delighted with that. Was 87th - thirty places up on the last two lrrl races.
Splits were 6:26, 6:58, 6:22, 7:41, 6:03, 6:47.
First time at Kibworth, whilst challenging, it's an attractive course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Unaffiliated 39:34 39:34 40:25 68.63
