bigfatjoe If I am doing it again I have to aim for sub 12 hours right?!?!  I have included transition time in the swim and I guess in the bike...

New goal as at 3/12/14 - 1:25 for the swim including transition.  5:25 for the bike - I might be able to go faster, but I don't want to push myself too much.  Then 4 hours for the run which will be hard, but it is a good goal to have!  I wonder if I might be a bit quicker on the bike and end with a 4:12 (6 min/km)...
