fetcheveryone Just outside PB, but a bit undertrained in endurance terms. Felt bad by 3k, and the engine packed up completely by 7k. Gobi was with me, and got me started again, after about a hundred yards, but all hope of sub-50 had disappeared. Had a decent last KM to get near the PB, but wasn't really my best performance. Gobi Ran with Fetch in an attempt at a 50 min 10k. Waveydavey A race of two halves for me. Felt comfortable up until 5K doing 21:08, but slowed up on the second half doing 22:16. It's the first time I've done this course and it wasn't as flat as I'd expected. It's not hilly, but it definitely undulates. Reading Roadrunners 40:49 42:22 43:00 43:23 62.70
