About Me

Ran briefly in 2007 and promptly got a knee injury which kept me out for far longer than expected. Started again in May 2011 so I could run the British 10k for a friend's charity, and thankfully all went well so I carried on running. Ran the London Marathon in April 2014 and firmly believe it is a very silly distance. Long term injured with knee and hip issues since June 2015.

  • @AndyCiesielski there is a pretty big hill at the new place, and I have no idea what lies on the other side. In short, this could happen.

  • 1km run, 30 seconds walk, 1km run. May not sound much, but probably the furthest I have gone in 16 months. #COMEBACKKID
