I've been injury free for a year now (touch wood!) and I've been able to train fairly consistently for the first time *ever* I love running - it's my stress relief and keeps my body strong for my job. My priorities lean toward remaining uninjured as I hate it when I can't go for a good run. However, it's always nice to see the gradual results of the work and I'm still hankering after my sub-4 marathon.
