About Me
After agreeing at work to run the 2010 Sport Relief mile (yes, a single mile) I realised that my athletic ability was nothing short of useless so I signed up for a gym, managed the mile and started running a few times a week - then I got addicted!

I started doing 10Ks which I love doing, short enough that you can push hard from the off (I'm rubbish with negative splits). For a proper challenge I do like a good half as well and having run 2012's VLM with cramp problems I'm considering committing to another marathon in 2014 to have a 'proper go' but we'll see!
