Manchester Marathon pacing -

Post Southampton Marathon I'm thinking that a focus on 10k and HM times will really benefit a Spring 2018 sub 3:15 attempt in Manchester.

10k - Sub 40
HM - Sub 90 ideally around 1:27:xx

Mainly because I don't seem to naturally convert well from my half times to marathon so I'm thinking double HM PB plus 20ish minutes.

Good Aerobic Conditioning

Old rule is 1 mile PB plus 60 seconds equals marathon pace.

1 mile PB of 5:39 means my other PB's should be -
