As my ‘name’ suggests, I adore the endorphins that come with hard exercise – beats any drug known to man as far as I can see!
 Started running about two years ago. Started hitting it this time last year. Achilles injury followed. Still not running, even now, but achilles is now responding to treatment. So, in the meantime - cycling!!! Work gym, followed by bike purchase and TT purchase = sorted! Oh, and how did I end up here - a friend pointed my to FE - said it was good, but could distract you from things like work quite easily - oh, how right she was................... |
