Last long run before the marathon. Wore what I plan to wear on marathon day, and carried the lightweight backpack with 7 gels tucked in various easy to access places. Experimented with gels at miles 3, 6, 9 and 12 - felt like I was going to get lockjaw after that. Will definitely be taking on water at the stations on race day!

Took ibuprofen beforehand as back of neck a bit achy again, though fine throughout. Ankle not as noticeably an issue. Muscle above right knee occasionally tightening up but never painful.
