I am a very slow and overweight runner, as well as being a recovering alcoholic who has been sober for a number of years. I refuse to count the number of years as I don't want to even think about it, but to move on. Am on permanent sick leave again but this time it's not due to alcohol problems, but depression coupled with horrific migraines/head pains.If anyone knows a good cure for insommnia that doesn't include alcohol or decapitation then please let me know.
