Fit and ready to run, swim, or cycle !
Well I am a beginner. Got forced into running on account of work. Now I am hooked; love challenging myself to see how far and how fast I can go.
I have completed a couple of half marathons, 10 miles, 10’ss and 5k’s races. Secured PB’s in all on a steady basis so really looking to kick on this year. Currently training for my first marathon and looking to do at least one triathlon this year. All advice/support/criticism will be welcome . I need it !
