An ex lard-ass now running addict.
Still not the slimmest, or the fastest, but I do love it.
You'll find me either chugging around Costorphine Hill during lunchtime, Dunfermline and Fife in the evenings, or if I ever have the time, out in the Ochils or Pentlands getting muddy!
Gimme a shout if you fancy some company on a run.
You'll recognise me by the red & yellow Carnethy buff I have religiously tied around my wrist whenever I run.
