Lost 2 stone in 2010 & decided that starting to run is easier than continuing to diet. Did first few races - with varying results depending on whether I remembered how to breathe. Joined a running club in 2011, which proved to be a fab decision as have met so many lovely people. Now just looking to try to keep improving whislt still enjoying.
