About Me

I dabbled with running on occasions between 1999 and 2006. Started properly in November 2009 and completed my 1st marathon a year later. Lack of consistent running stops me from achieving my potential. I can live with that. I have a busy and demanding job so running isn't supposed to add more stress to my life.

Current Status

A mile enjoyed is better than 6 miles not attempted.
2016 will, I hope, be filled with more consistency and enjoyment of running, with some cycling added into the mix.
I've missed too many races in 2015 and my Medal! tally is losing momentum.
