About Me
Hey, I'm Liz I ramble a lot and I like to run even more... Ultimately, I'm only really getting started in terms of the things I'd love to do, which is all pretty exciting really...I'm just impatient! But, one day not too soon away, I know I will get to run across countries & large stretches of land... To date I’ve done 141 marathon (ultra’s included in that) distance events. I've done the Grand Union Canal Race (GUCR) 145 miler twice, and third time luckier this year...I also aim to raise money for a local charity in running this 'big one', and this year I will raise money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd again. I generally teach TEFL, am eternally looking for a proper vocation, and I also like to lift a lot of weights. I love the adventure of it all. Overall, I think too much, talk too much and drink far too much coffee. About Me

Hey, I'm Liz

I ramble a lot and I like to run even more...

To date I’ve done 141 marathon (ultra’s included in that) distance events. On 09/10/11 I completed my 100th marathon at Chester

In June 2012 I completed the GUCR 145 miler & Cotswold 100 miler
