Northern lass, married to Yank Dave and have lived in the USA for the past 20 years. The last 16 in Phoenix, Arizona which for 3 months of the year is as hot as the surface of the sun ! Dragged to the Darkside of running by "Darth Flip Vader" in Oct 2009. I hadn't run in 25 yrs, I'm slow and not very good.
