Trying to get back into action after picking up a few niggly injuries through summer
Used to run at school then stopped and played football and rugby for 12 - 13 years Five years ago started to run marathons but got steadily slower until this year when i started to get slightly faster Have decided to try and train properly for next marathon and seem to be improving
