About Me
Started running seriously in 2009, with my first big event being the 2009 Edinburgh Marathon (wow that was hot!) for which I won a place through a competition in the Scotsman newspaper (cue bemused friends asking me why the chuff I'd enter a competition, the prize for which was being able to run 26.2 miles). It was at this that I found out about Fetch.

Also ran the 2009 Amsterdam marathon. And whilst not expecting anything spectacular due to some damage to my meniscus, finished with a 3:00:09 pb (so close, yet so far from sub 3 glory!).

Tend to train where I live (by the Forth road and rail bridges), and try to run about 50 miles a week.

Ultimate dream is to run the Marathon des Sables (not too sure how realistic that is though!).
